My permissions are WACKED. Help.

All my folders are read only. When I try to uncheck the read only box is tells me I need admin permission.

BUT HERES THE THING...

I have full control enabled on ALL my account's security settings. I should be able to do ANYTHING. Heck, up till an hour ago I could do anything.

UAC is disabled...I've done it all. I've even logged in AS AN ADMIN. It still gives me the same error when I try to change read only settings. "You need admin permission." *** I AM THE ADMIN.

Sorry guys, I'm just fuming. I've never gotten this kind of sass from Win 7.

UPDATE-

Turns out certain folders DONT have full control enabled, and when I try to enable it I get an error that says the security settings can't be changed.
