so I tried that one too but i have the same problem in both. The Dell website needs IE to run anything once you're logged in on the website. When i click what i need to do, it should take me to a new window or a new tab,,but using these 2 IE's it cannot open a new tab or a new window.
I tried following this(below**), but once i typed "sudo ./winetricks ie6" it says that "You (root) don't own /home/rae/.wine. Don't run winetricks as another user!".........i dont know if its the same thing you told me to try, but i figured i'd it try but i can't get past that.
Internet Explorer 6 & 7
