how do i know if there oced

how do i know if my video cards are relly oced? i tried using riva and the auto feture said to set them to 530mhz and 1367 for the ram. seems high i said good and tested then applyed and reset. i then ran 3dmark05 and got a lower score then them set much lower. why? and are there and video card programs like cpuz but gpuz??

Well if you did that, then they are overclocked... Really! As you've now experienced, GPUs can be picky so you'll have to just play around and see what works best.

To be completely honest, I don't think you should even bother with an overclock.

"Why?!," you ask? You have two top-end cards from nVidia running together -- It doesn't get much better than that. At least wait until they get some more updates on the ForceWare drivers as that should allow for a more stable overclock.

Oh, and as far as I know there is nothing like CPUz for GPUs...

Get rid of rivatuner. Use "coolbits" from www.guru3d.com
Those clocks are to high. Run coolbits/detect optimal frequencies setting. Run a benchmark before and after to see the difference.
