Which power supply?

I'm building a college PC (will be buying the parts over the next 2 months) and am stuck on which power supply to get.

Parts:
Samsung F3 1Tb
EVGA 1156 M-ATX mobo
Syba VIA-4216 PCI->SATA card (needed for my xbox modding)
TRUE Copper
4 Scythe GT-15 120mm fans
1 x 80mm fan
4Gb DDR3 (2x2Gb)
5770
Xeon X3430 Processor
SATA DVD Drive

What would be a good power supply for this system? I was looking at S12II 380w which I think can handle the system but I love the efficiency and ripple supression of the X650.

Looking for any and all suggestions

Yes the SII380W will work and it's a great PSU. For future upgrades maybe look at this one. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817151094

I love SeaSonic, but their pricing sucks. The Corsair CX400 is the same thing as the S12II 380W, but costs $30 after rebate at Newegg right now, cheaper even than the 330W version. Unless you like the SeaSonic's styling better or want the 5 year warrant instead of 3 year, then the Corsair is a better choice.

I thought the corsair was based off a different design? Thanks for the heads up

At 30$ the corsair will be hard to beat.

Nope, the CX400, VX450, and HX450 are all SeaSonic S12II designs. The CX400 is by far the cheapest, since it uses OST caps on the secondary instead of all Chemi-cons, but since the SeaSonic uses a mix of Japanese and Taiwanese as well they're about equivocal.

Actually, Makalu (smarter than me) has just told me that the S12II 380W you're looking at is one of the new S12II Bronze units, which are actually a big step up in performance. I need to double check, but the upgrade from the vanilla S12II in the CX400 might be worth the extra cost.
