No, it is red but I'm using my Android HTC phone to take the photos. It seems to blend the red into that orange colour. I think it looks pretty nice as orange (to match the fans). Some of the earlier photos show the red correctly.

They are Xigmatek XLF-F1453 and XLF-F1253. (if you didn't know). The 120mms for the 360 rad at the top (not yet installed) and the 140mms for everywhere else. Interestingly, the 120mm version is a lot harder to get hold of in the UK. No idea why tbh.

I switched the rear exhaust to be an intake to improve the airflow in the case (one of the design flaws of the Obsidian 800d) and a few other owners suggested I do this.

I also planned for a 120mm right at the bottom of the case which the 120 rad would sit on (with a 140 above that). However, space is a bit tight down there so depending on how easily I can fit the new connectors for the rad, I might not install it. That would mean the 120 rad has a pull fan only.

Give me a second and I'll post a very interesting video to me and hopefully you. ;D

Got it!
I kinda wanna do that to my fans cause it will make it match the motherboard/sleeving I would use.

Interesting, I might have to do this and try to match the mobo red. The tubing I'm using is also red.

Did you need to buy a backplate for yout EK Supreme? I am looking at selling my DTek Fuzion and getting the LT block but regardless I will need to get a backplate. Im just wondering the best place to pick it up

Otherwise, looks great, I lookforward to more updates.

The EK Supreme HF came with the backplate included in the box. I don't know if the earlier versions also have this included. The installation instructions are fairly useless so some guesswork is required as they tell you how to mount the block without the backplate then say how the backplate is mounted. They don't mention whether you need to move the washers, so I didn't. The instructions said the backplate is optional but I believe it is included as standard in the HF version. I recommend using the backplate anyway.

I got mine from scan.co.uk however they are UK based so probably not possible for you to use in order to be guaranteed the same kit.

All the tubing has now been installed and the loop has been filled.

It looks sweet with the fans on. It is also pretty quiet even with the pump on setting 5 (afaik). Pics will be posted when I get on my other desktop.

Pretty boring last couple of days with nothing to update. The machine has been doing leak tests. Tomorrow I'll be moving it to my office and connecting all the power up (after a quick leak check again). Then it is the many hours of installing Windows 7 and everything else, ugh.
