There was a man who every day walked past the most posh and expensive French restaurant in town. He would slow down and smell the food. The owner was incensed by this tried everything to get him to go another way but everyday the man walked by and took a deep breath.

So the owner presented him with a bill for the smell of his food. Having no desire to pay the bill went to court and in front of a judge. The judge tried his best but the man was found guilty and asked to pay. So the man reached down and shook the coins in his pocket.

The judge asked "what are you doing?"

The man replied: "You asked me to pay for the smell of the food, so I am paying with the sound of my money."

That's a very "Goon Show" sort of story. I like it.

Why is an organization like this even allowed to exist?

If pirates were smart, they would lobby to have piracy = stealing. But no, every pirate always screams that piracy != theft, so they get slammed with copyright infringement instead.

If you guys would just admit that piracy = theft, you would be fined the actual value of what you pirated, i.e. ~$15 for a CD.

Fixed it for you. If you think I am lying look at the 3 strikes laws.

The Starbucks Tea is a bit different than the McDonald. There are parts of the McDonald that I bet you don't know. Like: McD keeps the coffee hotter than normal, much hotter. They say this is to make it better.
They were warned and warned many times not to do this as its a danger.
The 3 mill they got they had to pay. The judge wanted to actually punish them.

And NAppppsterrr Baaaaaad (I am the real napster)
