This started as an upgrade and got out of control!! Posting to make sure everything looks good to everyone (no major compat. issues, etc.)

I have a cool modded case to throw it all in, with an xp auth. number.

PLEASE COMMENT if u notice anything, I will not be overclocking (but trying to leave it an option but not till get better cooler) mostly used for gaming (will get 2nd gpu later this year for crossfire)

Dude, you need like a 500W PSU not a 1kW...

Drop the PSU WAY down and put a nicer graphics card in instead, that 5750 is really weak.

Out of curiosity, why spend all that money and then only a 5750? Why not just get a 5870? I'm just asking.

How about THIS hard drive? $10 cheaper and pretty much the same.

Ya, 1KW psu is major overkill. I wouldn't say you need anything over 700W, but that's just me.

go for like a 750W psu maximum for future overclocking and another GPU crossfire. Go for a 5770 AT LEAST too, 5750 is a copout for this build! If you can afford to up it to 6GB ram you'd see a performance increase in a fair amount of games i.e crysis, strategy ones (which load lots of units etc). Other than that, sweet build, especially the SSD, i assume it's for boot drive?

1KW is still overkill for crossfire. I'd save some money and get a smaller PSU. Even a 750W

Even for crossfired 5870s, a 1000w is too much. I would get an 850w.
