Just purchased hardware for server, what to do with PSU?

My sig rig is what i am currently using. I just purchased a Gigabyte P55A-UD3, cheap vid card, an i3 530, kingston hyperx ddr3 1600, and a corsair hx650w.

Now, i've decided to keep the p7p55d in my desktop but the real questions is do i use the HX650W in my desktop and my 750 watt silencer (PC Power and Cooling) in my server? I'd be losing 8amps on the 12v rail and would have much better cable management in my desktop with the HX650W.

They are both great PSU's, but i don't feel familiar enough with them to decide which to put where...Obviously i will be running the server 24/7.

I would think it's the 24/7 part that puts the PCP&C on the server, it's good for that...the Corsair is good, I'm not comparing THAT way, just that the old silencer design, imperfect as it is (OCP too slow compared to modern design) - it's one great unit (my rig is powered by a silencer 750).

Yeah, plus it's supposed to be "silent". Although, i am not sure how internal PSU design works just yet nor do i know if i will bother learning. Right now i am leaning towards putting the corsair in my sigrig, not to mention it's modular.
