Those temps are WAY better. You can fool around with adjusting your OC up a bit and work around a 1.3-ish vcore and you might see results that are more palatable. Also, what VTT/QPI voltages are you running? You might be feeding too much power to the chip that way and causing your temps to be too hot. Though your ambient temps are not looking too great either, which can cause this to be quite hot. You say you're running water? What's your loop look like?
