Apparently the Microcenter price was an error and they will be changing the price back to $400 this weekend.

Guess that ruins my chance of getting it for that price =(. I was planning to pick one up when they get more stocks. Back to the i5-750 path unless the i7-860 will be back to $199 at Microcenter.

Mine was purchased today. Hopefully it will be in my hands by Wednesday at the latest.

So I have my i7 875k. It's pretty hot out today. So far I noticed core 1 runs 3-4C hotter than the rest. Still testing for stability. My results will probably be similar to Simpletech's. (W/o the WC temps )

I am having trouble with higher multipliers. My motherboard doesn't like them. When I used a x25 multiplier and loaded prime95 the multiplier dropped down after a minute, and again and again until it was at x22. It was switching between x22/x23 and the voltage was jumping. This is really going to suck if I'm limited to a x22 multiplier.

Anybody have any ideas?
