O yes, actually have a good reason to look forward to fall/winter now .
Thanks

Did you mean Bclk 133 vs 200?

QPI link speed. On my system there are 2 settings. One is 4.270 gt/s, the other is 4.800 gt/s.

I'll mess around with it here in a bit. Just curious to see if there are some gains from a higher QPI link speed.

What intrigues me about this unlocked CPU is the possibility of using more extreme versions of turbo boost to create a PC that's extremely light/low power when load is low, but can jump as high as needed for key tasks. I also like the idea of keeping everything else in spec while I max the CPU.

If only I could get to a Microcenter where they are supposedly $199.99... That would be a deal good enough to venture away from socket 1366.
Keeping everything in spec is the best choice any OCer can make!

I have lost more than one set of memory modules due to overclocking, it just makes good sense to keep in spec on ram.

Is that with vdroop on or off?

I needed 1.24v (idle, load = 1.28v) for my 4GHz overclock.

No like i said before my temps are crap at full load gets up to 90c while doing linx i tried just about everything this was the only 100% stable vcore for me. If anyone has any good info on how to run it at a lower vcore let me know.
