so as i see it the problems could be:

-All your devices are on wireless and you just have poor signal and need a booster between your devices and the router. even the most basic of wireless routers can handle 50 devices.

-You have multiple wireless networks in the same area on the same channel (radio frequency whatever) that are conflicting. Change the channel on the router.

-youve set up a load of static addresses that are causing conflicts with dhcp.
I'm glad you put it into words, 'cause I sure as heck couldn't think clearly at 345am....

One router.

I think its simply a range issue. Just strange then whenever I have for example IPhone find my network by my pc, my pc will loose the signal repeatedly.

strange things happen at the edge of networks.

time to start laying some cable!

i would recommend placing a repeater somewhere inbetween the two points or an access point as close to your pc as you can with a cable between the router and the access point.

ideal solution would be to bring the router closer and or cable everything that can be, i know not possible most of the time.

If range is your issue i can tell you that barring you having stumbled on some bizarre voodoo ritual in adding more or changing the IP it will not solve it.

Unless its not a range issue and you have set your pc to have the same static as your iphone?
