i have a Seagate barracuda 7200.11 1.5TB ,its a fast one.
and a 320g. wich one will be my master?
the 1.5to or the 320g?

Umm, you don't need too fiddle with it.

Only old tech IDE needed to be set manually.

There is no 'master' with SATA drives, but you do need choose which will be for your OS, and make sure the BIOS has it selected as the primary boot drive.

As to which you should choose, that depends on the performance of the 320GB.

dont know if the 320g is faster but my os is on this hd,just want to know if its better to reinstal on the 1.5 to

Probably not worth the trouble, it both are SATA then they will perform almost the same unless it's like 5400RPM. I would use the 1.5TB as storage. That's what I did wit mine.

Depends on the speed and cache size of each. Which ever drive has the greatest of both, install the OS on that one. If on is a faster rpm than the other, go with the on with the fastest rpm.

I would say in the order of importance: Rotational Speed, Aural Density, NAND Cache, Platter Count, Firmware, DRAM Cache.
