eeePC, pearl white, how do you keep your keyboard clean?

this is really annoying me, the really high-traffic keys such as the space bar and enter seem to be almost permanently stained, I tried a cloth, then a damp cloth, then a cloth dampened with windex, and finally a cloth dampened with 73% isopropyl alcohol, and none of it seemed to work (on the space bar at least)

so, wondering what methods anyone else with a pearl white eeepc have used

On youtube I saw a guy use a Mr.Clean Magic Eraser and he VERY lightly went over the keys with the tip of the Magic Eraser. Make sure you don't press too hard those things are powerful and they will take off the lettering on your keys. You wont have to worry about that on the space bar though. Also you can wash your hands before using your netbook.

I dont always get a chance, i work doing structured cabling and phone system installs, the phone rooms tend to be very dusty and so my hands get dirty fast :-/

and the spacebar was already dirty when i got it, i bought it used for $190

I'm going to go with the following advice:

1)Buy a black keyboard on Ebay

2)Don't surf the naughty sites.

P.S. I'd bet a light touch of Forumla 409 on a cloth would work better than alcohol.

The Macbook Pro is silver with a black keyboard --looks fine to me. Maybe it's just me. (shrug)

I think your laptop would look unique in a cool way, and no longer show dirt. Just an option.
