I know this should not be the first to ask this, but considering based on MB Asus Rampage III, which of the two processors I could get an overclocked a minimum 4GHz with system watercooler? What RAM would be more appropriate?

Ty!

Both easily reach 4ghz, but the 930 can usually get a little higher and since theyre priced so similarly its worth it.

You could get an h50 which is only sort-of watercooling, but you dont have to replace the water ever so it require much less maitenence and takes up a lot less space.

what budget are you looking at for RAM?

About RAM I do not have much idea of price but I liked the specifics of Gskill F3-17600CLD7D-4GBPIS, but as I intend to mount a real triple channel, three of these kits did pretty expensive ...

The Xeon version of each (w3520 for the 920 and w3530 for the 930) might be an even better bet in the sense the getting a Xeon is kind of like guaranteeing a good batch, which is probably more important for OC than whether it's a 920 or 930.

I was wondering the same so I bought both. The 930 is in the mail. I know what a good 920 can do. You have more of a chance getting a good 920 than a good 930 i believe......check the link in my sig.
