Yes, they will run into the hundreds of dollars.....in America. In Europe, electronics are ALWAYS lots more expensive. So this news should not really come as a surprise to anyone, nor will it affect 95% of OCN's population. Not to mention the high demand and inevitable short supply, of course the iPhone is going to be more expensive than normal.
Common freakin' sense right there.
But everyone will mindlessly continue to bash Apple, and call me a fanboy for stating the obvious truths.
Hey look, more anti-Apple nonsense.
Any unlocked smartphone is going to run into the hundreds of dollars price range. Nothing new for Apple or anyone else. And this is in Europe, which affects probably very few people on OCN. But I'm sure that won't stop any of you from ranting about it like whiny little girls.
You did not
say anything about Americans, just that "Europe affects very few people
on OCN." Don't accuse me of not paying attention when you're blatantly wrong.
With that said, I agree with the second part of your post. Of course it will be more expensive in Europe. That how everything works (except the damn UD9, who knows what Gigabyte was thinking). However, things aren't normally that
much more expensive. If this is true, it's quite unfortunate for our German members.
