website/dns help

ok how would i go about accessing a web page and view it normaly if the dns info was wrong. say.

the url is directed to server fdsf but the server that the webpage is on is jjsdf

how do i go about accessing it?

i need to be able to do stuff as well. like say this problem happened to this forum how would i go about actualy login in and posting?

You could use the windows host file to manually specify an ip for a server. Doing so would bypass dns.
