[Resolved] Battlefield veteran status issues - Page 2

It's just a glitch in the system. The same thing happened for me. Try going and playing a round of 1942 some time. It may add to your veteran status like it did mine.

Also, the site is really slow and awful. They've been working on it for a while... just give it time.

Well, I have all weapons bronze stars BUT the M1, so I assume it's included on the list

I looked around for some contact info (a CS email or something) and couldn't find any. Haven't looked to hard yet, but any suggestions on how to contact them?

Thus, you've claimed your keys, but on separate accounts. This happened to me with BFV/BF2 and BC2. What you need to do is get on live chat with EA. Tell them you're having trouble activating your old keys for veteran status. The support staff on the other end usually stops you there, and he takes a second to activate your veteran status. That's it. Took me about a minute thirty from start to finish.
It was 1942, not 2142 , and never played online (was there even a mode for that?). Still, this live chat sounds like what I need. Ill look for that.

I would try that, except I'm out a disc

Thanks for the replies!

support.ea.com/chat

Go there (live chat), and tell them that you're having problems with unlocking your M1. They'll ask for account/ soldier names for your accounts and manually add them to your veteran status. I did this 2 weeks ago when the veteran page just wouldn't accept my account details and they added the games right away (even BF 1943 which I wasn't expecting since I had that tied to another account).
