Why dont you get the red/black G Skil Ripjaws? Those usually have free shipping and overclock pretty well.

Edit:
These are $99

Do you plan on Crossfiring later on? If not then you can step down to a 650W PSU. Really depends on future upgrades.

[Edit]
Also Ram wise if you're willing to spend the extra money you can get the G.Skill Trident 2000 4gb set for $138 which still have some solid timings and a much better frequency. And as previosly stated the G.Skill ripjaws are nice too for $113

Why don't you go for an unlocked i7 875k processor? Better benchmarks, easier overclock because of unlocked multiplier, and only $15 more on Newegg. Even better, if you live near a Microcenter you can pick up an i7 875k for $199.99!

There are some blue ones too, if you need the RAM to match the mobo:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-278-_-Product

And if you have a Micro Center near you, the I7 875K would be a nice chip with its unlocked multiplier.

Edit: I actually bought some blue Ripjaws a couple of hours ago. They are on sale for $99 with promo code. Came out to $109 after tax, shipping was free. So now I have a red/black kit and now blue/black

I see that you fold...stay away from ATI, grab a GTX 465/470.
