Far Cry 2 causes Driver to Crash

Hello people,

I overclocked my card afew days ago, all the temps are great (doesnt exceed 70c while gaming, around 50c at idle) and the games are really working good, except for Far Cry 2.

When I play it, after approximately 3~5 min it crashes and I get a message at the tray saying "the display driver has stopped working and has been recovered"

Help? XD

P.S. I cant confirm that the problem is because the Overclock, because I actually never played it on this system before and as I see on forums alot of people get it even without messing with their card at all. O.o

Try not running the overclock then come back to us, also try a different driver too.

Well I tried running both modes (overclock and stock) on windowed mode and it didn't crash on both cases, so I dont think its the problem. the crash happened on fullscreen mode

I have far cry 2 maxed out and the graphics in the game don't look all that good and I get about 60-70fps. Crysis 1 and Crysis Warhead blow it away in the graphics department. The graphics that bother me the most in Far Cry are the character models, they are so ugly looking!

the problem has nothing to do with overclock, I found out that many many people have this problem nobody really knows what to do
