Weird 5770s Question?????????

Hello all,

I have 2 Sapphire 5770's (ver.1) in crossfire. i use ati Drivers only with MSI Afterburner as the controller. When i try to do the unofficial overclock, by going into the MSI config file (change from 0 to 1) to get it to run at 1000 mhz so i can run my GPU's at 1000/1300, then my system becomes unstable and crashes. As long as that feature is turn off, and i keep the GPU clock 960mhz and under in afterburner my system is fine and stable.

Why???????

Also, if there is a way to reach 1000mhz on the core clock on my 5770s, then what should set my voltage at?

I like to play like or become one of the Big Boyz too. LOL...................

Thank Friends.

Mine does 1005 MHz at 1.2v. You could give that a shot. If not just up the voltages until you're happy.
