And i have never had a problem with being ignored on there support tickets(when i talked to CS person, he apologized as they ARE supposed to answer within 24hours as there policy). XFX is an awesome company and i am not dogging them.
I think you missed my point. I agreed with you towards the end of my statement in regards to the fact that when I had a single HD5770, I was getting at least 11K points in Vantage where as you're GTX275 (which is much more powerful) is only getting 9K. That is a problem. But to open a trouble ticket with XFX in regards to a piece of software that they don't own or program for, stating you're not getting as many points as you should, I can see how they would not put that on the top of their priority list (unless of course, like I stated previously, you included all the troubleshooting steps you had already taken).
If my ticket queue had 50 open issues and one of them was regarding a piece of software that my company does not own or program for (and there was no troubleshooting steps provided in regards to the issue), you bet I would first address the more serious issues.
