Replacing the (alternative) m2n32-sli deluxe

Hello everyone. Sorry for my English. I hope to write a suitable forum.

I would like to know whether there is an alternative to the normal motherboard m2n32-sli deluxe?

I'll write what I need:

If I have to change m2n32-sli deluxe in some political other, it would be immediately taken AM3 + DDR3... ( bad translate)

So, listen to the options as to AM2 and on AM3.

I have (and need on new board):
AMD Phenom 9850 X4 (I would like to replace the phenom 1055t x6)
4x1GB DDR2-800mhz ram (would be replaced by 1066 DDR2 or 1333 DDR3, in the future 1600-1800, etc.)
internal wifi (pci/pci-e/internal usb (as m2n32-sli deluxe) or ordinary USB) with access point functions and ICS (as m2n32-sli deluxe).
one free pci slot for tv-tuner (given the 2-slot graphics card)
I would like of course another pci slot for a 56K modem, but it is not necessarily (can buy USB/COM)
two (dual) 1000/100/10 LAN or one internal LAN + pci-e x1/pci free slot (given the 2-slot graphics card)
two (or more) pci-e x16 (better 2.0) slots for SLI (x16+x16 better, x8+x8) with NVIDIA SLI!!! for 2xGTS250 (in future i have buy one GTX465/470 or something new in a 2011 year).
6xSATA2 or SATA3 ports, 7-8 Ideally.

---
Ideally (this even am2 not seen ):
AM3 socket (with phenom x6 support, HT3.0)
4xDDR3 1333/1600/1800+ support (for future)
DUAL Gigabit lan (2x1000/100/10 LAN)
2 (or more) pci-e 2.0 x16 with SLI support.
3 free PCI slots (for tv-tuner/wifi/modem)
or 2 free PCI slots (tv-tuner/wifi)
or 1 free PCI slot (tv-tuner) and pci-e x1 (wifi) or onboard wifi
7-8 sata2 or sata3
---
Good:
AM3 socket (with phenom x6 support, HT3.0)
4/2xDDR3 1333/1600/1800+ support (for future)
DUAL Gigabit lan (2x1000/100/10 LAN) or gigabit lan + free pci-e x1 slot (for lan) or 2 PCI free slots (wifi/lan) - 2 free pci-e x1
2 (or more) pci-e 2.0 x16 with SLI support.
2 free PCI slots (tv-tuner/wifi or modem) or 1 minimum PCI for tv-tuner
6-7 sata2/sata3
---
Minimum:
AM3 socket (with phenom x6 support, HT3.0)
4/2xDDR3 1333/1600 support
Gigabit lan
two pci-e x16/x8 with SLI support
two free pci-e x1 for lan and wifi or one for lan (wifi onboard or USB)
1 free PCI slot for tv-tuner or 2 for tv-tuner/|wifi or lan| or 3 for tv-tuner/wifi/lan
6 sata2
---
Or AM2+ platform:
AM2+/AM2 socket (with phenom x6 support)
4/2xDDR2 1066 support or 800 only
dual gigabit or gigabit lan
two pci-e x16/x8 with SLI support
two free pci-e x1 for lan and wifi or one for lan (wifi onboard or USB)
1 free PCI slot for tv-tuner or 2 for tv-tuner/|wifi or lan| or 3 for tv-tuner/wifi/lan
6-7 sata2
---

Also would not hurt and the backup plan to learn a good motherboard without SLI with a single pci-e x16 and my needs.

I've searched and so far found only those candidates:

MSI NF980-G65 - AM3, must buy pci-e x1 LAN and USB wifi... It is hard to find in the Ukraine.
Asus M4N82 Deluxe - AM2+/AM3, DDR2 only, only 5 sata, must buy USB LAN/WIFI this is very bad.
Foxconn Destroyer - AM2+/AM3, DDR2 only, must buy pci-e x1 or USB wifi, high price in Ukraine.
Gigabyte GA-770TA-UD3 - AM3, DDR3, must buy pci lan and wifi (this is good, not pci-e) dont have SLI, but whis is Ideally without SLI for me.

In general, it's like all ... Nothing more appropriate could not find ...
Why no normal AM3 motherboards with SLI?

I'm sure it will do may not be soon, but my lags m2n32-sli deluxe can not return to the service center and return the money alone... I hope it repaired of course, but this is unlikely. And I would like to upgrade to DDR3 + phenom x6... But with such a choice is impossible. No one knows what new motherboards armor right now in development, which could come under my requirements? And that when released?

Thank you for your attention.

I have a question ... Now for AMD, NVIDIA chipset is nforce 980a, it supports DDR3, AM3 socket, 2xgigabit lan, SLI x16 - so why such a motherboard is still there? Not clear how it ... And what next chipset is expected from NVIDIA (after 980a)?
