Connections getting loose

Hi, ever since I got water spilled all over my pc, my self and my desk(nothing got damaged) because of a faulty pumpbase I have been very concerned about another leak/spill. I have fixed the problem with the pump base but now I cant stop thinking about if its going to leak at any point, even though everything is secure and has been running for a month now.

My question to you guys is...

Once a system has been running without leaks for a month is it deemed to be 100% stable? Or do you believe that little by little connections on the tubing and nozzles(or any connection for that matter) can fall off overtime?

I think a lot of people drain and re-fill their loops every 6 months, good idea to check everything over then. if you have it secured and tightened properly you should be good.
