Help with 800D fan strategy

So I've got the 800D coming. I've got my watercooling via an external unit. That leaves everything inside the case open to fan modding.

I'm basically building something like this (minus the H50 and top rad):

I have some questions.

1. As you can see the color scheme is black and blue. If I add/replace fans, should I go with blue led fans or stay all black? This is a matter of taste, obviously. I will already have 4 UV lights.

2. How are the stock fans? Noisy? Poor? Need replacing? What do you recommend? I need LOW NOISE btw.

3. This is a two part question actually. 1.Do I need to add fans at the top? And 2. If I do add fans at the top, should I turn the rear output fan around and make it an intake?

1. Go whatever colors you want. It is all black by default inside and so anything you change will add the colors. I'm going Red/Black to match the motherboard and the fans are orange with white LEDs.

2. Replace the stock fans without a doubt. They suck for airflow. I'm using Xigmatek XLF-F1453 and XLF-F1253.

3. I would add the fans at the top and yes I also made the rear fan an intake.

I'm currently in the process of building the machine living in the 800d - you can see the progress in my sig link. I installed the radiator with fans at the top last night.

If you're going UV, Gelid has some cool fans with reactive blades...good quality stuff too.

Yeah I figured they would need replacing.
