Which is the better rad if I'm not wanting a jet engine on the back of my case (using low speed fans, whatever noise level/RPM that would imply)?

I can also mount a 240 on the top of my case by the 140mmx2 fans... are these other 360 rads really that much better? They are a decent amount more expensive but I have even read that with low fan speeds the MCR320 can even beat the GTX360. Guess this "low speed" thing being subjective is making it hard to judge...

I saw this kit, and I'm not sure if the VGA block can be used on a 470 (and if I will even use the chipset block... but I could try to sell those eh?), for what I am discussing, are there any weak links in that kit? I know that rad isn't the best (but nice for mounting as an extra in the top of my case), I would still need a good 360 rad for the back of my system if I were to add the GPUs... but I was looking at the prices of all those parts separately and, even ignoring the VGA and Chipset cooling, it seemed like a good deal... all the parts seem solid... it even includes a radbox which I would need to mount the 360 on the back anyways...
