ASUS Reference 5850 full retail box with accessories running 5870 bios

Thread Starter
I have an ASUS 5850 card covered under the standard 3 year warranty that I am looking to sell. It is currently flashed with the ASUS 5870 bios and has given me zero issues. It has run Eyefinity on three 26" ASUS monitors just fine and has been replaced by an ASUS 5970.

Any thoughts on price?

model I have is: EAH5850/2DIS/1GD5/A

$260-$280 for the 5850. Prices are going down for 5850s, craigslist prices are ranging from $200 to $260.

Remember this is a 5850 and not a 5870.

Yeah this card runs really well. I was able to flash to the 5870 bios and still push the card higher then the 5870 clock speeds. Its also nice to know the warranty from ASUS will remain with the card as they only base RMA off the card's SN (which includes the date of manufacture).
