I'm no expert but I think this guy is majorly bluffing.

Summary:
man, this cpu Fast, i put water cooling w/ fan and holy cow, it whent down to 12' !!! i over clocked it to 6.3 ghz and it's now at 54' very happy person, Go TG

Either he's lieing or he got his numbers mixed up. Maybe he means 3.6?

Well I SERIOUSLY doubt it, but after all in Cpu-z's hall of fame there is a guy with 7.4Ghz pentium 4 so we can only speculate.

I bet he means 3.6. Though anything is possible. I very much doubt that average mortals could get a processor to do over double what it was originally intended to do.

going that far with just watercooling... it's pretty unreasonable. i would say if anything 4ghz max would be what some1 could hit with a p4 3.2 under pretty normal conditions.

No way with a socket478 motherboard and that CPU. His FSB would have to run at 394mhz to reach that speed and it is highly unlikely

Yeah I thought the record was 5 something with liquid nitrogen but I guess not. 3.2 to 3.6 would be totally do-able. Oh well

That's most likely, since he stated it "dropped to 12' "...which mean 12 feet........not sure how you can drop a CPU 12 feet other than digging a hole and tossing it in LOL
