Thermaltake Big Typhoon & 190 CFM Delta

Thread Starter
I need to get my CPU temps down, i get 56degrees celcius on full load when overclocked at 1.6 volts, i got a zalman cpns9500 and next week im going to try to get these temps down,

Step 1: Lap the Heatspreader on my FX55 till its got a mirror finish

Step 2: Attach Thermaltake Big Typhoon

Step 3: Replace with 120m delta fan at 190 CFM

What will this do for my temps.

It will lower them... maybe as much as 10-15 C, maybe as little as 4. But it will help.

maybe you did it wrong and ruined the flat surface, if its not flat then you need to do it again to get the surface perfectly flat or there will be gaps and it will ruin temps...
