[TNW] Foxconn considering shutting down some or all Mainland China factories - Page 6

Utterly ridiculous move on their part. The implications are very severe. Per 800,000 people, they can definitely work their way out of 10 suicides (or so). They've been making improvements, how did it come to this?

The Day Before Yesterday: Foxconn is a horrible company! They're underpaying their workers! Pay them more!
Yesterday: Foxconn is a horrible company! They only did pay raises because of the media!
Today: Foxconn is a horrible company! Pulling out would make 800,000 people lose their jobs!
Tomorrow: Foxconn is a horrible company! They stayed in China and let people keep their jobs but they still need to be paid more!

Joy, Foxconn news.
