I think we can all agree that Halo is the xbox's Largest Title to ever hit. It's like Nintendo with Mario back in the day. EVERYBODY HAD MARIO. It doesn't matter if you liked it or not, you just had it.
Lol these guys keep posting up their stories on why halo suck etc, too bad that had nothing to do with the article. Just because a game sucked to you doesn't make it universally true. Like we mention the article stated halo 3 outsold a number of ps3 games in NA, saying it sucks doesn't debunk the numbers, hell i don't like MW2 but i can't deny the fact that the game has sold very very well.

So I picked up the Xbox and Halo 3, and I'm back to playing Halo with all the friends I used to go to high school with. I used to have Halo 1 LANs all the time, and I'm planning a Halo 3 LAN soon
Yeah. I think LANs are really where Halo shines. I used to have LANs all the time, and nothing quite compares. I remember days when we had 16 players cramped into a room with 15" CRT TVs playing Power Tower on Halo 2, and more recently, 16 or so into a bigger room with 24" monitors, 360s, halo 3, Rocket Race. That kind of atmosphere is amazing, and Halo really is a great game for it.

I have played and enjoyed all of those games, but numbers are numbers, you could say it doesn't include MGS4, but does that really help the argument? Six games is still a lot.

Why is everybody taking everything so personally. I though the majority of overclock.net users were pc gamers.

And why should we care more about your shallow opinion over 90 a professional publication which rated the game at 94%?

Because you know, your post is so well articulated and thought out with valid points that contrast other games in the genre as well as past Halo games; that it exposes all the flaws with the game with what works well in the game.

Yes, we will take your word of the 8.5 million copies of Halo 3 that has sold to date.

We will take your word over the 500,000 UUs(Unique Users) who still play Halo 3 online each day.

We will take your word over the 1,677,238,370 matches that has been logged all time for Halo 3.

Lets take your word over the 1,143,853 matches that are played in Halo 3 each day.

The 18,000,000 Xbox 360 gamers that have played Halo 3(Thats 1 in every 2 360 owners) completely gives you credence as to how much it sucks!

of course, we have to count RROD in.... except MS doesn't count the three year warranty replacements as part of it's sales
Consoles that suffer from TRL do not effect sales as it is FREE OF CHARGE.

Because we own consoles also

These console threads are often times worse than nVidia v. ATi threads.
