I need 1.5v for 3.5GHz and even then it's not very stable. these chips can take voltage

You'd be quite surprised if you were to overclock your NB speed from 2000 to 2600-2800. Even at 3.2Ghz you'll notice a huge boost in performance in overall system responsiveness. I can't say how much FPS you'd gain from gaming with it like that.

It will either appear as a multiplier or a frequency in your BIOS. Let me know if you need more help I can get your manual and point you in the right direction.
