speedstep aswell. i personally have that on just because i like it throttling back when not in use as it uses alot less power, you can have speedstep on without c1e on i dont like c1e but you should try speedstep

In your system specs, please show what motherboard you are running.
That will help people help you. I'm guessing you are probably running an Asus...maybe not.

How are your temps looking? Though that's not likely the issue, they do throttle down when temps get a bit high...

Running a gigabyte I think its UD4P, box is in the garage somewhere and I'm busy doing study atm.

Its folding 100% on all 4's hitting around 48c per core
