Then personally I would keep that xms2 that's should be enough, and it will save u money, at what frequency does it work by the way? And I would invest in good MOTHERBOARD and CPU, with that GPU and RAM that u have it will be great setup ..

Another solution u could buy mobo that can support both DDR2 and DDR3, but I don't know how would any of these perform during the OCing. Like this MSI 790GX-8D for example.
