1 gig of dual channel PC3200
2 gig of PC2700
I have pretty much the identical setup
and was just in the same situation. I ended up buying 2x512 PC3200 OCZ stuff. Benchmark wise you will not see any performance gain..but if you are playing Battlefield 2 and F.E.A.R. or other memory intensive games it definately helps to have the 2gb. On the other hand, it will definately hinder your overclock and you probably won't be able to run that 3700+ at 2.8 with the 2700 ram. I ended up taking out my 2x512 PC2700 since I don't really play BF2 that often and I dont have F.E.A.R. (yet) and got my 3700+ running at 2.75.
Hope that helps
