[CL] Test Shows That Movie Theater 3D Glasses Really Are Disgusting - Page 2

So 3D glasses are like putting a toilet seat on your face.

My girlfriend uses hand sanitizers and disinfectants like its her job, it seems like every other week she is sick/stuffed up or something.

Him being a nurse practitioner explains his actions to a point, but you would think he would also know the importance of building up their immune system from everyday germs. I get angry every time I go somewhere with them or visit their house.

Anti-Bacterial stuff has its uses and times to apply them, but people these days go way overboard with them these days. Same goes for Anti-Biotics imo.

Best way to never get sick is to get sick.
Make sure you lick your hands at least twice a day.
Antibodies FTW.

Bah as the article states, this is no biggie and nothing that you aren't always exposed to anyways.

Toilet seats are cleaned with powerful cleaning products (depends on the place really I guess) so sometimes it is even worse.

I remember we did an experiment once in school, we got to swab different things in the school and then we would put them in a Petri dish.

So a few things we swabbed

Gym teachers bald head
Locker handle
Desk
Door handle
Sink in bathroom
Toilet seat

Believe it or not, the Petri dish that had crap grow the fastest in it was the Gym teachers bald head one... and the one that hardly changed at all was the bathroom ones, including the toilet seat, and apparently it is because of all the cleaning products used to kill off bacteria.

That experiment stuck with me, never touch a bald guys head.

Reminds of this one theater I went to see avatar in, we found our glasses had water spots all over them from being washed which made for a very blurry picture, and the glasses bend away from your face making it extremely unpractical.

Actually, the thing with the most germs in a house, and this is especially true for us overclockers is the keyboard and mouse.
