You're talking about old school passive 3d glasses that don't require power. Active 3d glasses (like they use in imax 3d) require power because each eye piece is turned off separately to sync with the movie---LCD, I believe. Much more expensive and will definitely be reused many times.

Gooooooooood. I made it extra long so I could type the extra o's to get more germs on my hands. When I'm reading things on my screen I sometimes touch my face, so I'm super immune-man now.

Not as bad as the iPads out on display in stores that hundreds and thousands of people touch daily.

OH! Right. Defending our bodies against the run-of-the-mill germs we encounter in the world, which these germs are.

The only people that have anything to worry about are those who have weakened immune systems. Anyone with a half-decent immune system will be fine.
The same flawed rationale could be used as an argument against personal hygiene.

Him being a nurse practitioner explains his actions to a point, but you would think he would also know the importance of building up their immune system from everyday germs. I get angry every time I go somewhere with them or visit their house.
Not a big surprise. I NEVER get sick, and I grew up never experiencing anti-bacterial anything. Hell I don't even wash my hands all that often, really only when there's something really toxic on them or the TP isn't strong enough.

Anti-Bacterial stuff has its uses and times to apply them, but people these days go way overboard with them these days. Same goes for Anti-Biotics imo.
Agreed, someone with a damaged or destroyed immune system would be well advised to use those products as they have no natural defense. But a normal person with no immunodeficiencies should not use them.

lolol Tell her if she stops using that crap her body will build up a natural defense against those bugs and within a couple of years she won't be sick so often.

Make sure you lick your hands at least twice a day.

I use hand sanitizer when I go to Harbor freight or Walmart, or theme parks, all kinds of greasy nastiness all over everything.

Other than that, I just let my immune system do its' thing.
