TV Tuner Card to record the World Cup (Please Help)

Thread Starter
Hey everyone. I have a PC laying around that I want to install a TV tuner card into so I can record and then later watch World Cup matches off free-to-air digital TV in HD (720p).

First of all, is my system up to the job? System specs below:

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ (2.2GHz, Dual Core, Socket 939)
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-K8N Ultra-9 (NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra Chipset)
RAM: 2GB 400MHz DDR1 (Dual Channel)
GPU: GeForce 8600 GT 256MB
HDD: 80GB Boot Drive + 1TB Storage Drive
OS: w/e, got keys for any windows OS

Secondly I need recommendations on a TV tuner card. I'd like to spend as little as possible and I'd like to purchase it from my favourite store http://www.pccasegear.com.

The card needs to accept input from my digital antenna and record the matches that are broadcast in 720p. Quality is important (no difference in source and recording if possible).

Thanks in advance.

PS: Yes I realise the World Cup has already started. Guess I'll be getting up early in the morning for the next few matches till I get the card you all recommend.

Cheers.

Rather expensive though :<

What does it offer over this one:
Leadtek Winfast PxDTV1300 T PCIe

Looks like that would suffice, but I'm not the expert.

You may be able to find it for free online since it's a big event and it's on free-to-air.

720p is not that demanding,I suspect any digital tv tuner will do you fine.
USB tuner should even work, can install 2 for up to 4 recordings at once...
