Making a Classical concert program.

So... I'm using a Adobe Illustrator to create a 4 page music program for the orchestra and I'm now stuck at sponsorship page. I need advice to know how to go about it on this page. I have about 6 logos. They consist of car dealerships, churches, Small busninesses and such. I was wondering if I'm allowed to just take their logos from their website most of the time and just use it on my page.

Another question is if there is no logos what should I do?

If I can't find a church logo. than can i just use their main denomination logos?

Those with logos you lay out as you please, those without you could add a line that says something along the lines of: "And we would also like to thank [Crazy Jerry's Parakeet Emporium] and [Bud's Fine Liquor] for their kind sponsorship."?

If you don't have agreed upon terms for using logos and other branding, it can't hurt to call them up and ask for permission to use it, they probably would give you a better resolution copy than something off a webpage.
