HAF 932 or Antec 1200? - Page 2

Amazing cable management, better airflow, black interior.

And it's not as ugly as the 932 IMO.

I'm also sure it has fan filters.
This, and because I love my 1200

Antec 1200 has far superior stock cooling over the HAF.

That said, the HAF can easily be modded with better fans (4 x120mm fans in the door) to provide better cooling than the 1200.

The HAF932 stock fans are frankly terrible. I benched both cases stock temps with an identical system and the Antec 1200 won by a fair margin. The HAF932 with modded fan setup beat the 1200.

I can't recommed my antec 1200 enough, awesome cooling, even with fans set to low also very quite with fans set on low, cable managment is up ther with the best, never found a better case yet, plenty of room. Only possible bad point for it that i can find is you can't have a massive cpu cooler and a side panel fan without moding it.
Hope this help

I vote 1200. I have a 902 and a 1200 and they are both quality made chassis with excellent cooling.

Depends on how good the job is done. I've painted my HAF and it looks great, seems to be fairly scratch resistant.

Although I've gotta say, if I could change now I might look into the Antec 1200 instead, always loved that case.

Never the less, HAF932 is rock solid case, cant go wrong with it, freezer most of your component.

The HAF 932 is a much better case. The Antec 1200 is much smaller, it has worse cable management, no CPU retention plate access hole, worse potential airflow but better stock airflow and it is much worse for water cooling. The HAF 932 supports two PSUs and is easier to work with due to its size, CPU retention plate access hole and drive bay design.

The only advantages the Antec 1200 has are an all black finish (debatable), dust filters (easy to make your own or just buy your own), fan speed control and again better stock airflow. Here is a video review on both cases.

Antec 1200 Video Review

Cooler Master HAF 932 Video Review

I really don't see why anyone would buy any Antec case at this moment, other than looks if they like it. But I don't really like the look of any Antec case myself. Antec is way behind in their case lineup. The Dark Fleet is just an updated Antec 1200 that still falls short in many categories.

Never had a 932. I do love my 1200 though. It does have great airflow. Mine does not get dusty inside. There are filters on the intake fans. Almost 100% dust free inside. Fans are adjustable. Very quiet on low. Definitely noticeable on high. Not sure why someone would say it has poor cable management. Mine turned out good. There is no hole behind the motherboard retention plate. It would be handy if you ever want to swap out the cpu HSF.

I like the black and blue theme also. My 1200 suits me just fine.

HAF 932 gets my vote. That or the Black Edition.

I had the same problem when I was shopping around for cases about 2 months ago. It came down to the 932 and 1200. I didn't like the look of the 932 and the 1200 just seemed to be more my style. In the end I got the 932 and haven't regretted it at all. It performs great, maintenance is no problem at all and the look kinda just grew on me. As for the paint being better quality from the manufacturer that all depends on what kind of paint you decide to use. For me it wasn't an issue cause I paint cars, so I just took my case into the booth and blasted it. Btw it's very spacious.
