Well I might be going slightly off topic here, but I suggest that you drop your 1090T to the 1055T, and use the rest of the money for cooling. A 1055T could probably OC to the heights of an OC'd 1090T given proper cooling, which would lead good PPD.

Anyways, I suggest the GTX 470. The new cards are looking good on the beta GPU3 so far, and the GTX 470 should net you around 15K PPD I believe? It might be a bit less than the total net PPD of 4 9800GT's, but you save yourself power and heat issues, and have the option to add another GTX 470 in the future.

I wanted to unlocked multi from the BE 1090T, although if I get some high speed RAM I can OC without the worry of the RAM being OC'd or OC'd by to much.

With the RAM you have now you'll be able to OC a 1055T nicely. I had mine at 3.8GHz with load temps of 42C on an H50 (so room to tinker with, I just like low temps) and I was running 1600 ram as well for the OC headroom.
