I'm on AT&T as well and was interested in getting an Android, but then realized that they don't carry any half decent ones, so I'm getting an Iphone 4.

Unless something has changed, Nexus One doesn't have multi-touch in the US (Who knows why) unless you root it. Not sure how much I'd need it though.

Another question, I would imagine the Nexus one could handle itself like an MP3 player like the iPhone can?

I've used iPhones before. They are very nice, but I wouldn't mind trying something new.

It's still not a true multitouch device.. the problem is the hardware, not software. Multitouch is very finicky in most apps and usually do not work as intended

r34p3rex, you own an N1? Can you comment on the screen outdoors, and it's ability to play mp3 libraries? Leaning towards a Nexus atm

Yea, the screen is fine outdoors if you crank up the brightness past half way (or leave it on auto).

I can't comment on MP3's as I don't have any music on there

That's good. Definitly might have to go Nexus One. Is there a B&M store that sells one? I'll have to check out my local BB and Office Max/Depot tommorow.

Nope, only directly from google. If you don't mind used, they go for $400-450 on Craigslist. Ebay is even more expensive than google, go figure
