Trim really isn't working well there either.Ocz will release a toolbox for sandforce shortly, that should help.
Hmm..no wonder I've been seeing a decrease in performance...Should I break my RAID array and just run the drives independently to avoid degrading my SSD or should I just let it run garbage collection once a week?

Nah as of now it will degrade the same either way you use it.It's nothing to worry about unless you do massive writes a lot and delete them.

Eventually you will need to do a secure erase to restore the drive.
A toolbox is expected very shortly.Wait for that before making any choices. You're fine just like you are.

Alright then...thanks

At least I can restore it to factory speeds once I need to! For the moment I'll just leave it as is instead of wasting my time (and getting a massive headache in the process).

Thanks bro~

Well actually AMD has you covered there, as far as I know the AMD southbridge chip allows you to set a different drive mode for 2 of the ports, so you have the other 4 in "raid" mode, then 2 in IDE or AHCI mode... separately...

Check your BIOS to see what modes you get...
