Antec TriCool 120mm Fan stopped working, LED's still display

After some sort of power indecent, one of my fans stopped spinning. The "power indecent" caused my computer to loose power. I had to do a HDD check (I just ran chkdsk /f as admin). Before I ran the chkdsk, some directories and files had become corrupted, thankfully nothing serious. A pain to salvage, but I've had no problems so far. chkdsk ran and found errors, which it corrected.

I found out later that one of my fans stopped spinning. The LED's still get power, but the fan refuses to move. I do have three Molex connectors (including the broken one) hooked to each other, but that's never been a problem in the past. I tried reordering them, placing the dead fan first to recieve power, last, and second. I reordered the two good fans, but still no luck. All that happens when I plug the dead fan is is the LEDs come on.

So in the mean time I've cranked up the power to the remaining fans (still a soft whisper ). If anyone has any ideas on a fix/cause please let me know.

Thanks,
jmki1

Yeah, I figured as much. But as you can see from my mediocre build, I'm on a tight budget and would like to try to salvage it.
