i remember that part of 3dr lawsuit was that T2 was attemptiong to shutdown the DNF because they had another developer working on it in secret.

interesting this all happened. T2 wouldnt settle if they knew they would win. And now we know about Valve. Guess 3DR is still doing DNF, the settlement allowed T2/valve to produce their game.
