Monitor to get around $200?

My budget is $200 and I want a monitor bigger than 19 inches. Which is the best to get? Reason I am asking is because there are so many choices to choose from so I want to see what you guys think.

I would get this one even though it is a little over-budget with tax. 1080p with LED technology and it's Samsung! Good deal if you ask me

Take my word for it and do not buy a glossy monitor. The mirror effect is so annoying I bought one once and returned it the next week cause I hated to even see any black on my screen with the mirror finish.

Yeah, I loved mine while I had it.

Great picture, low power usage, the only thing I didn't like was no DVI. However, it comes with a HDMI to DVI cord in the box so...
