Yes, do as the instructions say and use a bit of tim to hold standoffs in place.
And just take your time.
Also, there is for sure one screw whole they say to use on the block but you can't.
In step 3 for placing stand-offs, notice there is one hole on the block without a standoff. Well in the instructions that come with the block it tells you to put a standoff there. You'll have a wth moment.
Other then that, it's gravy.
Oh yea, be careful when screwing in the screws with the washers. It's easy to tear them if you're just cranking away. It was hard for me to tell when they were tight enough. So just be a tad bit generous with them once pressure is starting to be applied to them.
