My 15 yr. old daughter wanted this game so I picked it up for her. It would lock up during loading so I went to support. Uninstalled / reinstalled.
I updated drivers for video and audio.
I downloaded patch 1.1 and 1.2 and installed them. The game would play a little longer but still lock up. 4 hours later my daughter isn't interested anymore
so I try to get a refund at the local store. NO LUCK (but I did put the fear of god into the geeky electronics manager). Must contact the "EA".
After registering on their site, I leave a long email asking how I go about getting my money back.
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW LONG THIS MIGHT TAKE TO GET A RESPONSE BACK FROM EA CUSTOMER SERVICE?
What b.s. will I be put through in order to get a refund?
