crashes and restarts

i recently OCed my processor and 3d card, the heating is fine they arnt over heating or anything.... but when i get in a game and paly for couple hours bang itll freeze or downright restart itself for no reason.... i tried turning down the OCs on bother 3d card and processor what could be causing this?

Check into a new PSU if you habent upgraded it yet.It could be a faulty one or you may just have problems in windows.

It really sounds like a heat issue to me. Not only do you have a hot Prescott, you have a hot 9800XT as well.

nononoo that is wrong i got ati silencer 3 it runs at 70C max on load and my comp is running at 62C max on load... thats wrong lol my comp isnt overheating i acutally turned my 3d card clock down a bit and no more problems windows said it was having hard drive with my video card so i turned it down and it worked i guess.... maybe i overclocked it to high... if any more problems happen ill let u know
