It's actually 180 GB each SSD so I guess that means it can be better than what I have posted? How can I fix that.

Hes runing it in SATA2 thats why the score is low .Hes other option is bad Marvell SATA3 controller.

How does my new Intel 520 cherryville SSD compete? Its on SATA6 on my Gene-Z. I didn't know about the partition 4096 offset, did I screw myself over?

hi everyone... first post.

anyway i bought a used samsung pm810 (470) ssd on cl.

i wanted to see how it benched and here are the results:

i noticed the read/write speed and access times are half that of benchmark for the same drive i found online:
494

the only difference i see there is maybe it has older firmware?

any suggestions or clues as to the speed diff?
